• Looking Back

Goodness it's been ages since my last post! Well Christmas is almost upon us and we have had 6 weeks of complete madness trying to juggle the day job plus taking part in lots of Christmas shopping fayres and events, but we did it and it was for the most part great fun. This year has been a huge learning curve, but we are getting there and with this in mind in the next few weeks we will be rebranding the website. The name is under wraps for the moment, but we hope it will will encompass the meaning of our business and will help us evolve in the busy and competitive gift market.

I am already ont he look out for new products and we will be stocking more gift items for the men i your lives (always tricky to buy for!) and of course plenty of gorgeous things you will want to buy for yourself.

So please, keep coming back and help this tiny business become a name to be recognised in the future :-)

  • Moving Forward

Very excited today. The Shabby Chick will finally have a home at The Attic, Bakers Yard, Alphington, Exeter. I'll be setting up today and it will be ready for customers tomorrow. Sadly I won't be there as I still have my day job, but The Attic is manned by a lovely chap who will be dealing with any sales we get. Pop along and visit if you are in the Exeter area, The Attic really is a little treasure trove of all sorts. I am also setting up Preloved 2 Relove good quality 2nd hand clothing, this will also run at The Attic.

  • Gosh it's been so long since I last wrote on here. As usual and like everyone else life is so busy I just don't know where the time goes. There have been several events and parties since the last time I wrote, including fund raisers for Ryans Appeal and another for McMillon. We will be at the Family Fun Day for Ryans Appeal on 26th August at the Coaver Club Exeter, pop along if you are in the area. This Saturday and Sunday you will find us on the Green at Paignton Regatta, just hoping that the rain stops by then!
